I am honored to have been chosen by Lynn from A Tired Momma for the Thoughtful Blogger Award.
It seems that this award was originally created by Christy from A Writer's Review. There are five awards in all, each with different criteria. Go here for all the rules, the various awards and to get the graphics.
I have decided to extend the Thoughtful blogger award on to five very thoughtful bloggers. I find that it is the thoughtfulness of my blogging friends that draws me to blogging and helps get me through the day. I nominate: Dixie, Gen, Lorelei, Kim and Angel.
I think I may have just broke the world record for the number of links in a single post.
I Think I May Have A Screw Loose
-
I saw my podiatrist yesterday. One part of my foot is still hurting (it's
been almost two months since the surgery). He thinks it may be one of the
screws ...

Blogging is so new to me, I still don't "get" all the rules. I was told when I started blogging that you're never supposed to respond to commenters, so I felt bad when I would. Why, you ask? I don't remember the reasoning, except maybe it had something to do with people who comment don't come back to see their own comments or some such nonesense. Anyway, winning this award gives validation to my gut instinct of responding to commenters. :) I will do so more readily in the future.
I always respond and read my comments! What else would I do at work?~~ Angel
Thanks for the honor, sugar pie! That is so sweet of you! :)
I'm the least thoughtful, that is why I'm last. (LOL)``Angel
I am so excited to read some of the blogs that you mentioned.
Wow another award from you - You are such a honey!!! Thank you very much - I have thanked you personally on my blog!!!! Have a great day!
Gen
Thanks Marsha. What a nice surprise to find this posted on your blog. I will be blogging about it soon on mine.
Regarding Angel's comment...
Angel, Angel, Angel...*as I shake my head back and forth*...that is all I can say!
Lorelei, I don't believe in rules for blogging. I think that there are rules if you write and someone else publishes your work, like for a newspaper or a magazine. But, with blogging you can make it your own. Everyone is different and that is ok. Off my soap box now. You are very kind and thoughtful in your comments to me.
Angel, how thoughtless of me to make you last on the list, I should have my reward revoked.
Dixie, Thanks for your kind words here and on your blog.
Lynn, Thanks again for the award.
Gen, I can't wait to see who you have picked.
Kimberly, Can't wait to see who you pick. Angel has a point sometimes picking people like this causes more hurt feelings than validation.
