Toes

I weeded my garden last night in bare feet. Now I have what feels like hundreds of bites on, around, under all my toes. It is a nightmare. It tickles, itches and hurts all at the same time.

I guess you learned something, but weeding in bare feet sounds nice.

Lorelei: it is better today.

Lynn: was not fun.

Spike: perhaps, but I think it was mosquitoes, the fire ants hurt when they bite, and these didn't start to bother me until the next morning. But, I am barefoot all the time so who knows. I can't imagine putting on shoes. Maybe if I Off my feet?

Meno: I am always barefoot, love this about Mississippi. Flip-flops and bare feet everywhere. Don't know if I can change.

Kimberly: I have so many fire ants in my yard, they are so bad that they have tunneled under my beautiful brick patio and sunken several bricks about six inches, plus the hill beside the patio, it is awful. I tried to destroy the hill with the hose and a shovel and they attacked me. So now I have bought chemicals, I am scared to use them though. Chemicals or fire ants, such a dilemma.

Love and Immigration crier: Thanks for the advice, while my feet are feeling better today, I am sure that my barefoot habits will result in many more bites here in the land of bugs.
