I found our dream house! Actually I found 4, but one in particular. It is so wonderful. What a difference a day makes. I think my realator did it on purpose, took me to all the overpriced crap houses on day one so I would be more reasonable on day two. I've been played. I didn't go up in price! The house is listed at about $9,000 more than the maximum amount we want to pay. We bid 10k less and asked for $2,000 in closing costs, a 1 year warranty. So cross your fingers. Ask for the world right. It is so lovely! But, I have 3 others that will do. Thanks for all the support! Keep your fingers crossed for me! What a day!

I'm a new reader to your site...welcome back to America. I will keep my fingers crossed that you get the house of your dreams. By the way, is your computer clock set to a very different time zone (maybe it still has jet lag)??? Your post says Friday 8:21am and here on the west coast of the good old U.S.A. it's Thursday at 8:22pm... (It's the little insignificant things in life that evoke my curiosity.)
