We are already on week three of twenty, don't you feel fit? Anyone found a 10 K for us to run in? Me either. This weeks plan:

4 DAYS OF ACTIVITY - SUNDAY, TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND SATURDAY AS FOLLOWS: 8 MINUTE WALK, 5 MINUTE JOG, 5 MINUTE WALK, 5 MINUTE JOG, 7 MINUTE WALK. -Hanson's Running - couch potato to 10K
Leave a comment about how you are doing. Give me some tips.

This week I did my training in my living room, I walked/jogged in a big circle around the living room. Haven't been able to find a time when I can get outside and do it on my own. I will attempt to try Kim's idea of going after Lily goes to bed this week. It is a bit embarrassing to run in front of people. Do you think it matters that I job slower than I walk?

oops wish I could spell, I meant to say I jog slower than I walk.

At what point should I realize I am having a conversation with myself? Should I be worried? I just wanted to update to add, that I did Sunday's workout for week 3, the five minutes of jogging was hard but at the end I feel great. I am confident now that I will be able to outrun all of you when we do the 10K. Maybe we should put some money on it?

You should be worried. I haven't done last weeks plan! I have walked but it is the jogging part I am not fond off, perhaps I will just walk fast. I think we could make our own 10K, just pick a place that will be fun to go to. I say we all meet up in Las Vegas. We can 10 K it through the casinos or along the strip!

I have casinos here, you could all stay at my house for free, we have two 10k in December here. But, I am up for a trip out of town too! Or even staying at a casino here. Whatever y'all want, just know I will win!

I walk from my chair to the bathroom, and to the refrigerator (not necessarily in that order) but that's about it. I am back on JC though. I wish I had time to start hiking again.

I love hiking, but there is no way I could hike in the summer around here, too many bugs. I hope after finals your life settles down a bit and you have more time for hiking or for relaxation, I love that too.

I'm still working on walking for 30 minutes, 3 times a week. If I tried to jog for 5 minutes, I'd probably pass out. (sigh) Could we double the time to 'From Couch Potato to 10K in 40 weeks? hahaha
