I am a fairly good typist. I was even a fairly good secretary in a past life. I took a year long typing class in high school. Yet, I cannot for the life of me do the comment verification codes. It always takes me 3, 4, 5 times to get it right. Drives me batty.

That's why i don't have the verification thing on at my blog. And thank you for not having it too.
This is on purpose, you know - hardly anyone can do them and yet the hackers still figure out how to teach their systems to do it automatically and harass and barage our blogs with crap. I've come to the point now that when I have to do them, I do it quickly to the best of my ability and when I get it wrong (mostly all the time) they give me another chance, eventually with one being recognizable.
I too appreciate blogs that don't require the verification.
