Awesome that you are doing this! I am going "purple-ish", It is also Domestic Violence Awareness month!

My girls are cystic (just like everything else in my body). Whenever I get squeezed they don't get a good picture and they end up doing it again -- and then they end up calling me back in the next day to do it twice again before ending up doing an ultrasound where they find that everything is fine.
I'm never having another mammogram ever again. Someone will have to find another way to see their insides, 'cause I'm not going through that hell again. Ever.
Good point Lorelei, I have never done it myself, I am afeared of the doctor. Hope you can have the ultra sound again.
Mine already is pink!!! So I was supporting this cause already, I just didn't know it! I had a mammogram two months ago that came back abnormal, so I had a second one last month which was fine. Does that count?
What a great idea Marsha! We're supporting the cause in England at the moment too. I bought a pink ribbon the other day. I think it's really important to raise awareness of this great cause.
My dearest friend had had mammograms and that didn't detect her cancer. She was diagnosed with stage IV only after insisting something was wrong. I am having a difficult time dealing with this.
